Shipping Policy

The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 7 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable

Return & Exchange Policy

At Haryana Greens, we take great care to ensure that your plants arrive healthy and in perfect condition. However, we understand that transit can sometimes cause unexpected issues. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Non-Returnable Items
  • All plants sold on our website are non-returnable due to their perishable nature.

  • Once delivered in healthy condition, plants cannot be returned.

Damaged Plants During Transit

If you receive a plant that has been damaged during transit, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.

  • Eligibility for Return or Refund:

    • To qualify for a return or refund, you must report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Please provide clear photos of the damaged plant and its packaging as proof.

  • Resolution Options:

    • Depending on the situation, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund for the damaged item.

How to Report an Issue
  1. Email us at haryanagreensnursery@gmail.com or contact us through our website.

  2. Attach the following details in your email:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the damaged plant and packaging

    • A brief description of the issue

Important Notes
  • Damage claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

  • Haryana Greens reserves the right to make the final decision regarding refunds and replacements.
