Terms & Conditions

This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which require publishing the rules, regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for access or usage of the domain name www.hrgreens.in (referred to as the “Website”), including related mobile sites and applications (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

The Platform is owned by Haryana Greens Nursery, a business with its registered office at Near Dadi Lohdi Devi HP Petrol Pump, Kont Road, Bhiwani, Haryana, India (referred to as “Platform Owner,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Use”), as well as any applicable policies referenced herein. By transacting on the Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the Platform Owner, and these Terms of Use shall constitute your obligations toward the Platform Owner.

8. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

    • Your breach of these Terms or the Privacy Policy.

    • Your violation of any laws or third-party rights, including intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or Services.

10. Force Majeure

  • The Platform Owner will not be liable for failure to perform any obligation due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, or technical failures.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • All disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhiwani, Haryana.

12. Modifications

  • The Platform Owner reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
